3000 for a Master Seal at Anna's shop after her quest, and no limitation in her boutique for those, unlike the other boutique where you can buy them, were you can get like only five or something

Master seals can be bought via Anna's shop(after doing her quest - post school) I believe it was 2500 - 3k per seal.

as for the dark seals if you play GD route, you have 5-6 chances to get dark seals.
