Talk to Gaute at Alliant Reports.
Go to Martha's Rest
Go to Obelisk and deliver the star ruby to Martha.
Give The Ruby To Martha
In Martha's Rest, interact with Martha and give her the Ruby jewelry.
Go To The Northreach
Open your map and then travel to the Northreach.
Give The Ruby To Isabelle
Talk to Isabelle near The Veil in the north and give her the Ruby jewelry.
Report Back To Gaute
Return to The Hideaway, and then report to Gaute.
Give The Jewelry To Charon
Go to Charon's Toll and then give the jewel to Charon to complete the quest.
