The Forge At Cid's Hideaway

You can Craft and Upgrade equipment at the Forge the Black Hammer at Cid's Hideaway. You need to progress with "Hide, Hideaway" quest of the main story to reach this area.
Materials Are Required
Equipment can be created and upgraded if you have the required materials. Materials can be obtained by defeating enemies or clearing quests. Neither gear crafting nor upgrading requires Gil.
In Final Fantasy Mode, Accessory Upgrade Available
Accessory Upgrade will be available during the 2nd round high difficulty mode "Final Fantasy Mode". Use 2 of the same accessory as a material, then you will be able to create a double effect accessory which has a "+" sign next to its name.
