Magic Burst - Tips & Method
Press The △ For A Quick Attack
Magic Burst can be used by pressing the △ button at the right moment after conducting a close attack with the □ button. This procedure is an effective ability against formidable foes and it can reduce the Will Gauge more than usual.
Stagger GuideCan Initiate Up To 8 Melee Attacks
Attack using Magic Burst can use up to 8 hits of melee attacks. However, the attack duration is quite long and the gap between the Magic Burst and melee attack will be large, so be careful when you use it since the enemy has a big move.
It Will Be Harder To Escape If You Repeatedly Press □
If you press the □ button repeatedly, the next Attack will start before the Magic Burst is triggered, making it difficult to start the attack. If you want to use Magic Burst as an Aim, do not press the □ and △ buttons in succession, but instead press the □→△ buttons in regular intervals.
Learn The Timing During Training Mode
Magic Burst timing will be displayed during the Training Mode in Arete Stone. The mark at the bottom of the screen will start glowing in red when the timing is good, making it easy to grasp the Magic Burst.

By enhancing their abilities the time duration will be extended. The timing will become much easier to adjust, so if you want to use it, it is recommended to enhance it to Master.
