How To Use Feats & Abilities
Name | Tips To Use |
---|---|
Deadly Embrace | Feat Only one enemy can be pulled toward you, so you can safely defeat it. In the battles against formidable foes, you should definitely aim for Deadly Takedown, which can be used when the enemy is 50% staggered. |
Gouge | It is difficult to use as it does not deal damage and has a large opening during use. It is mainly used to increase damage when the enemy is 50% staggered or 100% staggered. |
Wicked Wheel | It can be used to take the weak enemy into the air to beat it safely, and to reduce the Will Gauge of formidable foes. It is easy to use, but not particularly powerful. |
Rook's Gambit | When used at the moment when an enemy attacks, it shortens the cooldown & increases the power and number of hits. Since it is supposed to be used with perfect-timing evasion, you can use this instead of evasion. |
Aerial Blast | It can greatly reduce the Will Gauge, resulting in the enemy being 100% staggered much more quickly. But it is best not to use it when you have a risk as limited visibility can make it challenging to spot the enemy. |

How To Beat The Boss, Coeurl
Strategy Guide | |
---|---|
1 | Use Aerial Blast first → Watch the boss and evade |
2 | When it is 50% staggered, aim for Deadly Takedown→Gouge |
3 | Use Aerial Blast 2nd time when it is 100% staggered |
4 | For Whipcrack, jump backward to evade→evade sideways |
5 | If the lightning starts to cover it, move away a little |
Use Aerial Blast First → Watch The Boss And Evade
Use Aerial Blast at first, but you will not be able to see Coeurl due to limited visibility, so focus on evading. When Coeurl comes out of the tornado, approach him and start attacking.
When It Is 50% Staggered, Aim For Deadly Takedown→Gouge
When its Will Gauge is reduced to half and it is 50% Staggered, be sure to set up the combo ofDeadly Takedown→Gouge. Also, if you press and hold □ to charge Burning Blade during Deadly Takedown, you can deal a little damage as shown in the video.
Use Aerial Blast 2nd Time When It Is 100% Staggered
Aerial Blast will be charged as you fight, but use the second time as firepower when the boss is 100% staggered. If it is takedown, you can attack without worrying about limited visibility.
For Whipcrack, Jump Evade→Evade Sideways
Whipcrack can be safely avoided by jumping backward, then immediately evading to the side. If you try to evade just in time, you will be hit by the final blow, so learn the procedures and avoid it safely.
Move Away When The Lightning Starts To Cover It
When Coeurl begins to cover its entire body with lightning, move backward to evade it. Since the range of frontal attack is relatively narrow, you can avoid it by simply stepping back a little.
