Stage 1−1 Walkthrough
Melee Attack For Easy Bonus Earning
- +
- +
- Use Normal Attack to defeat the remaining enemies → Punish
To begin, advance towards the enemy group and use Mesmerize to pull them closer. Subsequently, unleash Rime upon the clustered enemies. Given that it's impractical to engage all of them simultaneously, systematically eliminate the remaining enemies by using Normal Attacks, Melee Attacks and Punish to finish them off.
It is recommended to withhold the second use and save it when initiating the next stage as Mesmerize followed by Rime is still effective as an opening move.

- Use Normal Attack on ground enemies → Punish

- Shoot down airborne enemies with Charged Magic.
You can effectively defeat airborne enemies by consciously aiming Mesmerize at them. Since Mesmerize has a cooldown of 12 seconds and Rime has a cooldown of 20 seconds so make sure to verify that Rime has fully recovered before executing it when opting to use it as a Melee Attack. If there are any remaining airborne enemies, it is recommended to handle them by using Charged Magic to shoot them down.

In particular, it is advisable to be aware of using Precision Ice Age as soon as it is charged since it provides excellent damage efficiency. Since there is a charging time of about 1 second, so aim to unleash it at a safe moment.

Try to activate Precision Ice Age by using it after evading or when the Wyvern is staggered from Magic Burst since the Wyvern's attacks are fast, so prioritize evading while engaging in combat.

When using Precision Ice Age, it's will be more effective to position yourself in a way that you may be able to hit multiple enemies at once, making it easier to deal with them quickly.

- If things go according to plan, you have a chance to defeat them entirely during the Limit Break.
By using Precision Ice Age → Diamond Dust to hit 2 targets in the opening move, both of them can be inflicted with 100% Staggered. If you attack the nearby enemy with full force and manage to defeat them while they are in a 100% Staggered state, you can bring the situation to a one-on-one combat.

Use Evade For Almost All Incoming Attacks → Aim For A Counterattack
▲You can counterattack against all initial action patterns.
Necrophobe's attacks are often swift, but the openings for follow-up attacks are relatively large. By memorizing the timing of Evade, you can aim to counterattack against most attacks.
How To Dodge & Evade AttacksAlways Fight Near The Enemy
Since Necrophobe's attacks always have a wind-up, it is possible to handle any attack even when standing close. To aim for even a slight reduction in time, it is better to fight in close proximity.
Melee Attack GuideCounterattack Magic Sword Blizzaga With Rime
Due to the nature of the magic sword Blizzaga as a ranged attack, getting too close is not feasible. Nevertheless, by strategically launching Rime from a position just beyond its range, you can effectively inflict damage. It is important to remember to use this move to deal damage quickly while there's still some time left.
The Breath of Ice (Rime) GuidePrioritize Evade For Consecutive Blizzaga Spell
The consecutive Blizzaga spell has a wide attack range and its activation timing is relatively difficult to predict. You can avoid it by repeatedly dodging sideways, so you don't have to forcibly aim for precise timing with Precision Dodge.
