If there is a special sticker on the package then you will be able to get the Pre-Order Bonus at any time, but for the Download version, you will need to have reserved it by 6/21/2023.

The product code that is inside the package software has an expiration date of 12/31/2030 at 11:59pm. If you get the special package that has the special sticker, then you will be able to get the Pre-Order Bonus even after several years.
It Might Be Purchased After A Few Days
On the Official Website, it is said "* In-game items might be sold after several days." So there might be a chance to be sold during the DLC.
How To Get Pre-Order Bonus
★About 2 Hours Of Story Progression Required
To obtain the early purchase bonus, you need to progress through the story for approximately 2 hours. Please note that the bonus items will not be available immediately upon starting the game.
How To Get The Pre-Order Bonus
1. Select Other In Playstation Store
Open the PlayStation Store from the PS5 home screen and select Redeem Code from Menu in the upper right corner.
2.Enter The Redeem Code
When the code entry screen appears, enter the redeem code enclosed in the package.
3.Receive From The Redeemable Items
After completing the entry, you can receive it from Menu > System > Redeemable Items in the game.
How To Get The Pre-Order Bonus On The Digital Version
Advance The Story And Receive It From The Redeemable Items
In the digital version, there is no need to enter a code, so you can receive it at the same time as the tab of Redeemable Items is unlocked by progressing through the story for about 2 hours.
Reservation Deadline 6/21/2023
For the Download version, you must have reserved by 6/21/2023. For the actual package, if there is a special sticker on it then you won't have a problem, but for the Download version, this is not the case.
What To Do If Pre-Order Bonus Is Not Showing Up
Check The Installation

Try Closing And Restarting The Game
