There are no information suggests multiple endings right now in FF16. This is also the same on New Game Plus.
Some Of The Past Series Had Multiple Endings
Even though it is not a big difference, there has been some series with multiple endings. Thus, there is a possibility that there is a minor difference in ending with unknown conditions.

There Is A Low Chance Of An Additional Ending
There is no announcement regarding future DLC to FF16 at this time. Additionally, FF16 has a solid ending to the story, which makes no sense to add another ending with DLC.
