Talk To Philippe
Once you have confirmed the location with the exclamation mark on the map, head to Philippe's location and speak to him. Afterward, proceed to the lakeside.
Slay The Thralls Near The Lakeside After Arriving
When you reach the lakeside, a battle will start. After defeating all of the enemy thralls, an Enroaching Undertaker will join the fight, so approach the battle with caution.
Talk To Isabelle To Clear
After the battle, head to Isabelle and report back to her to complete the quest.
