Deliver Food To 3 NPCs
Check the map and head to the locations marked with '!' and deliver food to the Bearer.
Talk And Had Over Bearer Comestibles
Talk to the three Bearers and select "Bearer Comestibles" to hand it over. However, you cannot give the food to the Bearer in the northwest training area unless you visit the other 2 first.
Talk To Veil Courtesan
Talk to the Veil Courtesan after giving the food to all three bearers to complete the quest.
