Talk To Exhausted Bearer
Talk To Sobersided Shopkeeper
Follow the ! mark to the Sobersided Shopkeeper and talk to her. Then take the Bread and Wine from the back shelf and go to the Exhausted Bearer.
Talk To Exhausted Bearer Again
Take the Bread and Wine and talk to the Exhausted Bearer to complete the quest.
