Cut from the Cloth Walkthrough
Go To The Northreach
Open the world map, and then travel to Northreach.
Talk To The Cloth Seller, Draper
Once you reach Northreach, go to the cloth seller and interact with her.
Check The Road For The Missing Caravan
Go to East Gate of Caer Norvent (you can check the map), then follow the guide to Holding On and talk to a peddler.
Defeat The Killer
After talking to the peddler, a Killer will start attacking you. Defeat the killer using your Abilities since they tend to have a high HP.
Give The Cloth To Hortens
Go to The Hideaway from the World Map and then talk to Hortense to complete the quest. The following three options will appear when you hand over the cloth, and depending on the cloth you choose, the conversation and the Curiosity you get from Jill will change. However, there are no differences in effects or the appearance of the characters, so you can choose the option you like.
