Visit the location with '!' mark on the map to receive Harpocrates' request for Wild Wyvern Tail.
Find Harpocrates
After reading the request, talk to Harpocrates and ask the location of Wild Wyvern Tail.
Head To The Angry Gap

Get The Wild Wyvern Tail
Head west from Eistla and reach the location with '!' mark. Hold the X button to obtain the Wild Wyvern Tail once you reached the destination.
Return To Harpocrates
Return to Harpocrates after acquiring the Wild Wyvern Tail.
Talk To Dion
After the interaction with Harpocrates, speak with Dion and hand over the Wild Wyvern Tail. The quest is completed after the cutscene.
