Bad Blood Walkthrough
Talk To The Wounded Republican Soldier
Talk to the Wounded Republican Soldier that was affected by the Aetherflood. After talking to the soldier, go straight to the mentioned encampment and defeat the Akashic. You can refer to the map image above for your reference.
Go To The Encampment & Defeat The Akashic
Upon reaching the encampment you will be facing 4 Akashic Scimitars and 3 Akashic Steeds. Prioritize defeating the Scimitars first since they have a low HP and are easier to beat.
Search For The Survivors & Talk To Them
Upon defeating the enemies, start searching for survivors around the camp. Approach the dying Republican soldier to complete the quest. You will be given an option to choose between options but what you choose does not change the outcome.
