Reach Master Rank 70
To spawn the Brute Tigrex, your Hunter first needs to reach Master Rank 70. Unless you're in the right Master Rank, you will not be able to get the Brute Tigrex to spawn.
How To Spawn Brute Tigex
Step 1: Unlock The Guiding Lands
To unlock the Brute Tigrex, completing the main story of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is a must. When you do, you'll unlock the Guiding Lands - an endless hunting area that you can reach via Expeditions.
Check Out the Guiding Lands Area Here!Step 2: Raise Rotted Region Level
Once unlocked, you will need to raise the Rotted Region's level to 6 in order for the Brute Tigrex to spawn. Collect Special Tracks or break monster parts to raise the region's level.

Black Subspecies Of The Tigrex
The Brute Tigrex is a subspecies of the Tigrex and is black and orange-striped, instead of blue & orange. It is more aggressive & has more powerful roars with a larger range.
Only Spawns In Guiding Lands
The Brute Tigrex cannot be found anywhere else in the New World but in the Guiding Lands. Be sure to level up the Rotted Region to Level 6 and reach Master Rank 70 to spawn this subspecies.
