There's a chance to obtain Maximumpkin when Meowcenaries are sent to the Flooded Forest (MR) with the targets of herbs (rare) or small monsters. Maximumpkins are most likely to appear when herbs (rare) are the targets, so ensure that the herbs are shining in the rewards of your choosing before dispatching the Meowcenaries.
