Create A Save File From The Full Version Of MH Stories 2
You will need the save data of the full version of Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Ruin in the same Switch where your Monster Hunter Rise save file is located. After creating the save file, you can obtain the Rider Layered armor by talking to Senri the Mailman.
Talk to Senri the Mailman
You may unlock the Rider Layered by talking to Senri the Mailman and claiming it by selecting the Add-on Content.
Please take note that you can obtain the Rider Layered Armor once you have the save file from Monster Hunter Stories 2. So try to create one first before claiming.
