To increase your attacker's damage, set up the field with buffs and debuffs. The more you cut Heal and Barrier slots in favor of Buff/Debuff slots, the more damage goes up, but stability tends to drop, so balance is key.
Wear Down HP With a Single-Target Attacker

There's no Damage Resistance based on the number of targets hit, but since this is a single-boss fight, single-target attackers are the best choice. For Round 1, where Magic is effective, Pascal, Daisy, or Xiao Qiao are best, and for Round 2, where Physical is effective, Shane or Bai Long are best.

Keep Sunran's Attack higher than the enemy's so her Upper Hand triggers, while adjusting Attack so Xiao Qiao's damage buff applies to both Pascal and Xiao Qiao. You can also choose not to fully equip Sunran if needed.

To clear in fewer turns, equipping Magic heroes with Boss rings to boost damage is best. Xiao Qiao and Pascal, who use their skills, benefit most from crafting the Ring of Siege, but other heroes can get by with rings that cover missing stats or boost outgoing damage.
