Powerful Physical Attacker in the Late Game

He builds Awakening Gauge when Guts activates or when allies fall, and can truly shine after transforming with the Awakening Skill — a Physical Attacker who grows increasingly powerful as battles progress. His chain activation Execution skill is particularly powerful when combined with defeating enemies.

Worth Awakening Eventually for Physical Teams

He is a Physical Attacker that grows stronger as battles progress, making him worth prioritizing for Awakening if you run Physical teams. His role is similar to Branze & Bransel, so if you already have them there's no rush, but swapping out eventually is recommended.

Pre-Awakening Performance is Limited

His pre-Awakening performance is underwhelming, with few content areas where he can make an impact. Awakening is where he truly comes into his own, so if you plan to use him, Awakening is essentially required.

①Max All Skill Enhancements

Requirements for Awakening

• Fully enhance all skills

You must meet enhancing skills for any character you wish to Awaken.

② Complete All Fragment Restoration Missions

Navigate to Upgrade > Awaken to enable the Fragment Restoration missions. Complete all 5 missions to unlock Awakening. If you haven't enabled them, they won't count as completed even if the conditions are met, so be sure to enable them first.

Point!	You can view a Memory Story upon completing each mission. Note that Fragment missions do not need to be completed when Awakening a second copy of the same character.

Up to 2 Characters Can Progress Simultaneously

Fragment Restoration missions can be progressed for up to 2 characters at a time. If you want to start Fragment missions for a different character, you'll need to pause one of the active missions and switch to the new one.

Point!	Progress is saved even if you pause.

Instant Completion Available with Rubies

Fragment Restoration missions can also be instantly completed using Rubies. The number of Rubies required varies depending on the mission content and remaining count. Since these can be completed over time without Rubies, spending them here is not recommended.

③ Use Awakening Stones to Awaken

Once all requirements from ① and ② are met, you can Awaken a character. Awakening requires a different number of "Awakening Stones" depending on the character's rarity.

Powerful Skills After Transformation

Using his awakening skill triggers a transformation that changes his skill effects and grants [Always Active] Crowd Control Immunity. His consecutively-activating Execution skills can potentially eliminate up to 2 enemies at once, and the Cooldown Reduction on his basic attacks makes it easy to use skills repeatedly.

Stackable Damage Buffs That Cannot Be Removed

He has a passive that boosts Physical Damage for all allies, and when an ally is defeated or when using his awakening skill, the Crit Damage Boost effect stacks up to 8 times. These buffs cannot be removed, making them extremely powerful.

Can Repeatedly Apply Damage Nullification

He has the Guts effect, and Damage Nullification can be gained when Guts activates / an ally is defeated / his awakening skill is used / 2 enemies are defeated while transformed, making him difficult to take down. His awakening skill can also grant Damage Nullification to allies.

Weaker Performance Outside of Transformation

Dellons's weakness is that his skill effects outside of transformation are relatively weak. If he's defeated after using his awakening skill, note that transformation is cancelled if he's revived via a Revive effect or the Ring of Immortality.

Strip Damage Nullification with Multi-Hit Attacks

Since Dellons' Damage Immunity is particularly troublesome, using Heroes like Sun Wukong with multi-hit attacks, or status effects that trigger additional damage such as Gelidus's Freeze, to strip his Damage Immunity early is an effective strategy.

Delay His Execution Skill with Cooldown Increase

Dellons' Execution skill is extremely powerful and nearly impossible for most Heroes to survive. Since his Crowd Control Immunity makes it impossible to stop him with status effects, using Cooldown Increase to delay his Execution skill is a viable option.

Draw His Execution Skill with Taunt + Physical Attack Reduction

Since the Execution skill targets a single unit, in content where you can see the opponent's team in advance — such as Guild War — using Ryan or Li's Taunt combined with Physical Attack Reduction to draw his attack is a potential counter strategy.

As a high-damage hero, aim to balance Crit Rate and Weakness Hit Chance with either the Bounty Tracker or Assassin Set. Being able to target low-HP enemies triggers Execution and chain activations more easily, so the Bounty Tracker Set is generally preferred.

Crit Rate and Weakness Hit Chance Boost Rings Are Also Effective

Since this Hero benefits relatively less from equipping Legendary or Rare rings, in content such as Total War or Guild War where you want to conserve your rings, using Crit Rate or Weakness Hit Chance Boost rings to lower your equipment stat requirements is also a recommended option.

At 2nd Transcendence, Skill 1 activates in a chain when defeating an enemy; at 6th Transcendence, he gains Damage Nullification + Crit Damage Boost when allies fall. Both effects are excellent, but since there is little content where he can shine before Awakening, Transcendence priority is low if you don't plan to Awaken — however, 6th Transcendence is essential if you plan to Awaken.
