Sleep Effect
Unable to Act While Active

Sleep is a type of debuff that occurs during battle, and heroes inflicted with it become unable to act while the effect is active. The incapacitated state from Sleep lasts until a specified number of turns have passed or the Shock debuff is removed.
Immediately Removed by Damage Exceeding 7% of Max HP
Sleep is immediately removed, even if its duration has not expired, upon taking damage equal to or greater than 7% of the hero's max HP. Remember that this is not 7% of current HP, but '7% of max HP'.
Attacks Become Crit Damage When They Hit
When hit by an enemy attack while under the Sleep effect, it will always be a Crit Damage. Be aware that you will take a lot of damage because your Damage Taken is increased and you cannot Block.
Heroes with Sleep Immunity and Other Countermeasures
Sleep Immunity

The most effective countermeasure against Sleep is to include heroes with "Sleep Immunity" in your party. While the effect is active, you will not be inflicted with Sleep, allowing you to attack without being stopped.
Sarah

Sarah is the only hero who possesses Sleep Immunity. She has debuffs for enemies, Debuff Removal, and a Heal skill, making her a strong support hero.
Currently, the only hero who uses Sleep is Yeonhee, so consider adding Sarah to your party when you face Yeonhee as an enemy in places like the Infinite Tower.
Sarah - Rating & SkillsCrowd Control Immunity
With the Crowd Control Immunity buff, you can nullify debuff effects that would make the target unable to act. It's very versatile as it can negate multiple debuff effects.
Can Also Be Granted with Orchestrator Equipment
You can activate the Crowd Control Immunity effect with the 4-Set Effect of "Orchestrator" equipment. Orchestrator set equipment drops from the Iron Devourer Raid.
![]() | Since the effect duration is short, consider it mainly for PvP! |

Increase Effect Resistance

By increasing your Effect Resistance, you can probabilistically evade debuff effects from enemies. While it's not a guaranteed evasion, it's versatile because it can also evade other debuffs in general.
Debuff Removal

When Debuff Removal is activated, you can remove a specified number of debuffs from the target hero. The debuffs that can be removed are those with a black background on their icon; be aware that debuffs with a red background cannot be removed.
Make Enemy Attacks Miss
Status effects are not applied by attacks that Miss. By using skills that cause enemy attacks to Miss, you may be able to avoid Sleep.
Examples of How to Cause a Miss
1. | Inflict |
---|---|
2. | Use |
Increase HP and Defense
Damage becomes Crit while under Sleep, making you susceptible to heavy damage. If you have no choice but to take the Sleep effect, increase your HP and Defense.
Heroes Who Can Inflict Sleep

How to Increase the Sleep Infliction Rate
Equip the Spellweaver Set
Set | Set Effect |
---|---|
![]() | 2-Set: Effect Hit Rate 17% 4-Set: Effect Hit Rate 35% Effect Probability 10% |
You get a Set Effect by equipping weapons and Armor with matching icons in the bottom left. Among these, the 'Spellweaver' Set Effect increases Effect Probability. Spellweaver set equipment drops from the Iron Devourer Raid.
![]() | To activate the 4-Set Effect, you need to increase the equipment slots of your hero through Ultimate Enhancement. |

Increase Effect Probability

Sleep is a type of debuff, so you can increase its infliction rate by including heroes who have an Effect Probability Boost effect. Consider this if your strategy revolves around status effects.
List of Heroes with Effect Probability Boost
Name | Detail |
---|---|
![]() | - A powerful healer with an all-ally Revive and Guts. - Also recommended for Death parties. - Good to pair with a debuffer. - Equipping HP-boosting equipment is recommended. - Cannot be obtained from Summon. |
Increase Effect Hit Rate

Similar to Effect Probability, there is Effect Hit Rate. This effect is strictly a countermeasure against opponents with high Effect Resistance.
If the opponent's Resistance is 0%, this will not increase the success rate, but it is a necessary effect when you want to inflict debuffs on an opponent with high Resistance.
Equip the Ring of Dreams

Equipping the Ring of Dreams allows your Basic Attack to inflict Sleep with a 12% chance. Increasing the opportunities to inflict the effect makes it easier to trigger Sleep.
