Most Effective in the Infinite Tower and Tower of Trial
Cha Hae-In is a Solo Leveling collaboration exclusive Hero who is highly recommended for her cooldown reduction role in the Infinite Tower and Tower of Trials. She also proves useful in other PvE content thanks to her ability to inflict Paralysis and remove debuffs.
Skill-Based CD Reduction Sets Her Apart from Velika
While Velika is a well-known CD reducer for the Infinite Tower and Tower of Trials, she reduces CD on Basic Attacks, whereas Cha Hae-In reduces CD upon Skill Activation. Her strength lies in her ability to reduce CD at any chosen timing.
Aiming for at least 2 Transcendence is Recommended
Cha Hae-In is available only during the collaboration period and is relatively easy to use even without duplicates. However, reaching 2 Transcendence allows her to heal all allies upon skill activation, enabling her to serve as a healer and increasing her overall versatility. It is recommended to aim for at least 2 Transcendence.
