First, prioritize gathering Heroes and Pets. Generally speaking, the harder an item is to get, the higher its Priority, but growth materials like Star Crystals and Refined Charms are fine to save for later, once you actually need them.

If you already have a decent number of Heroes, it's best to go for valuable growth materials or Pet Wish List Summon Vouchers, which make it easy to get specific Pets. Legendary Rings are of course powerful too, but their downside is that they require a large amount of Topaz.
Best Topaz Hero Selection Cards to Pick
Obtain PvE-Essential Heroes
All the Heroes you can exchange for with the Topaz Hero Selection Card are essential-tier Heroes for PvE content. They're all excellent Heroes that you'll eventually want to bring to Transcendence 6 or higher.
Topaz Hero Selection Card - Hero List
| Hero | Acquisition / Transcendence Priority |
 Daisy | Acquisition: T2: T6: Since she's an essential-tier Hero for the Ox King Raid, prioritize obtaining her above all else. Raising her to Transcendence 2 boosts your party's survivability, so make that a priority too. |
| Pascal | Acquisition: T2: T6: You can get him through the Raid Expedition event, so he's a lower priority to obtain. His Transcendence 6 effect is powerful, though, so once you've finished Transcendence 2 on Daisy and Espada, it's best to focus on transcending Pascal next. |
| Shane | Acquisition: T2: T6: You can get her through the Raid Expedition event, so she's a lower priority to obtain. The Destroyer Gaze Raid is harder than the others, so it's better if you can eventually get her to Transcendence 6. |
| Espada | Acquisition: T2: T6: You can get her through the Raid Expedition event, so she's a lower priority to obtain. Once she gains Magic Resistance, she makes the Ox King Raid much easier to clear, so getting her to at least Transcendence 2 is best. |
| Xiao Qiao | Acquisition: T2: T6: You can get her through the 2nd Hero Expedition event, so she's a lower priority to obtain. Her Transcendence 6 effect contributes a lot across various content, but it's best to prioritize transcending your main DPS first. |
| Miho | Acquisition: T2: T6: If you're aiming to boost your score in Castle Rush or the Advent Expedition, it's worth prioritizing obtaining and transcending her. At least Transcendence 2 is best. |
| Guan Yu | Acquisition: T2: T6: You can get him through the 3rd Hero Expedition event, so he's a lower priority to obtain. If you're aiming to boost your score in Castle Rush or the Advent Expedition, at least Transcendence 2 is best. |
Basically, prioritize Heroes that are essential for the Raid, and once you have some breathing room, work on obtaining and transcending the Best Heroes for Castle Rush and the Advent Expedition. Some Heroes are obtainable through events, so Daisy and Miho, who can't be obtained through events, should be given higher priority.
How to Farm Topaz
Obtainable by Purchasing Premium Offers
You get Topaz as a bonus when you purchase Premium Offers. The more you spend, the more items you can exchange for, letting you progress your Hero growth and more efficiently than if you play free-to-play.
Get 5 Topaz from Power-Up Packages
You can also get 5 Topaz from the Power-Up Package, which costs 100 Ruby to purchase. It's one of the few ways to get Topaz without spending money, but since the amount you get is small and inefficient, it's better to use your Ruby on Gacha or Key Boxes instead.
