What is Crush?

Reduces the Target's Block Rate on Attack

Crush is a stat that reduces the target's Block Rate by a set amount upon using an attack. It allows Crits to land even on enemies with 100% Block Rate, making it easier to deal massive damage.

Pairs Well with Crit-Based Stats

Since Crush counters Block-based Crit prevention, it's best paired with a focus on raising Crit Damage and Crit Rate. Heroes with 100% Crit Rate have especially strong synergy with Crush.

Counters Tank Teams in PvP

Crush is primarily a PvP stat, effective for countering tank teams. It is only useful when enemies have raised their Block Rate, so its versatility is limited — but it's a strong targeted counter.

Limited Effect in PvE Content

Raid Bosses and most standard monsters have 0% Block Rate by default, so Crush rarely comes into play in PvE. Think of it as a PvP-specific stat.

How to Increase Crush

Equip Dedicated Equipment with Crush

Crush can only be increased through the exclusive option on Dedicated Equipment. Dedicated Equipment comes without any option when first obtained; one of 9 possible effects is applied randomly through Refinement.

Cannot Be Applied to Shared-Type Dedicated Equipment

Crush can only be applied to Hero-specific Dedicated Equipment. Shared-type Dedicated Equipment — which any hero can equip — has no option slot, so no stat can be applied.

No Other Way to Increase Crush

Crush cannot be increased by any means other than the exclusive option on Dedicated Equipment. It is a stat unique to Dedicated Equipment and does not appear on weapons, armor, or accessories.

Best Heroes for Crush

PvP Attackers with High Crit Rate

Since Crush lets Crits land even on enemies with 100% Block Rate, it's ideal for PvP Attackers with high Crit Rate. Consider giving it to heroes that have their Crit Rate raised through equipment.

Reginleif and Teo Are Top Picks

Reginleif and Teo both gain 100% Crit Rate at 6th Transcendence. They are top Crush Attacker picks, as it's easy to stack Crit Damage through weapon and armor options to aim for massive damage.

Point!	A Crush x Crit build — raising Crit Damage and Effect Hit Rate/Effect Resistance without investing in Weakness Hit Chance — is also a valid option.

Attackers with Block Rate Reduction Skills

Combining Block Rate Reduction skills with Crush makes it easier to land Crits. Randgrid and Sun Wukong in particular have high personal damage output, making them top recommendations.

Point!	However, Sun Wukong has other desirable exclusive options, so consider Crush only when using him as an Attacker.

Pair with Block Rate Reduction

More precisely, the ideal setup is to equip Crush on the Attacker in a team that uses Block Rate Reduction debuffs. Primary candidates include Teo, Lu Bu, and Pallanus.

Attackers Focused on Weakness Hit Chance

While the benefit is smaller compared to heroes with 100% Crit Rate, heroes like Rin who focus on Weakness Hit Chance can still benefit from Crush's Block Pierce effect. It's especially recommended for heroes facing Radgrid in Guild War.
