Teo Strength and Features
Excellent All-Target Buff Duration Reduction
He is capable of all-target buff duration reduction with Skill 2, which also activates automatically when 4 enemies are incapacitated. With a Cooldown Reset upon Immortal revival, being able to fire the buff reduction skill about 3 times is an excellent counter against Damage Immunity and Immortality.
Low Durability is a Drawback
