Adventure Level Normal 12-40 Overview

Need to Defeat within 45 Turns

This stage must be cleared within 45 turns to earn 3 Stars. If you’re aiming for a full-star completion, we recommend enhancing your DPS attackers to quickly wipe out the enemy team.

Rahkun Boss Info

Rahkun is the main boss of this stage. While he’s fairly easy to defeat, his skills and buffs can be a bit tricky to handle. Since he’s also level 85, we recommend bringing a debuffer to make the fight go more smoothly.

Kohkun Boss Info

Kohkun, another boss of the stage to look out for. He can stun enemies to immobilize your team. We recommend bringing Sieg or Evan, as they are a good choice as Tanks and have Stun Immunity, which prevents your team from being stunned.

Syllops Appears in Round 1

Syllops appears in Round 1 together with Rahkun and Kohkun. He can inflict Poison and Paralysis. We recommend bringing Victoria or Lucy, as they have Poison and Paralysis Immunity that prevents your team from being Paralyzed and Poisoned.

Smoky Appears in Round 2

Smoky appears in Round 2 together with Rahkun and Kohkun. He can inflict Blind and can decrease incoming Healing.

Nami Appears in Rounds 2 and 3

Nami appears in Rounds 2 and 3. He can remove buffs and increase physical attack. We recommend bringing a debuffer and a continuous damage dealer for an easy clear of the stage.

Immunities

Recommended Hero	Details
Evan Sieg	Both Evan and Sieg is a good choice as Tanks and has a skill called Stun Immunity, which prevents them from being stunned by enemies. Since the enemies in 12-40 also use stun skills, adding Evan or Sieg to your team helps reduce the risk of your party being immobilized.
Victoria	Victoria is a staple pick for Iron Devourer and performs well in Adventure stages with enemies that inflict Paralysis. However, her buffs mainly benefit Magic teams and offer little value to Physical teams.

Continuous Healing & Barrier

Recommended Hero	Details
Lucy	Lucy is the best-suited healer for this fight, as she not only provides strong healing but also has a Poison Immunity and higher Debuff Removal count compared to other characters with the same skill.
Yui	Yui is the top recommended support for Adventure stages. She provides continuous healing, greatly boosting team survivability. Enhancing her healing skill for an extra turn is highly recommended.
Lina	Lina provides a Damage Boost and Continuous Healing. Paired with Yui, they ensure consistent team healing throughout the battle. Lina doesn't require any Skill Enhancement.

Damage Dealer (DPS)

Recommended Hero	Details
Teo	Most recommended DPS for this Adventure level. His skills deal high damage to all enemies, and with Immortality and All Damage Nullification, his survivability is high. Two Skill Enhancements are recommended but optional.
Yeonhee	Yeonhee is a Magic Damage hero with a Defense-Ignoring Triple-Target Attack. She is an excellent DPS, capable of inflicting Sleep, and provides Magic Attack Boost to all allies while granting All Damage Nullification to herself.
Klahan	Klahan has skills that target all enemies with decent damage. When an enemy's HP drops below 50%, he deals additional piercing damage. He also inflicts Damage Reduction on enemies and grants himself a Physical Attack Boost.
Kyle	Another top contender for best Physical DPS, Kyle’s skills feature exceptional damage scaling, and his passive deals a percentage of the enemy’s Max HP every two attacks. He performs best when paired with two other Attack Type heroes and gains an additional 27% Crit Rate from his passive, making him very easy to build.

Sub-DPS & Utility

Recommended Hero	Details
Ace	Ace's skills are highly valuable in Adventure 12-40. He inflicts Defense Reduction, Physical Vulnerability, Buff Duration Reduction, and Reduced Incoming Healing, creating opportunities for your team to deal higher damage and complete the run faster.
Rachel	She grants all allies a Weakness Hit Chance Boost and inflicts Defense Reduction and Physical Vulnerability on 3 targets. While one of her skills targets only a single enemy, her self-revive greatly enhances her survivability.
Rei	Optionally, if you don't have a Legendary sub-DPS, Rei is a solid choice. Her skills hit all enemies and can inflict Poison and Bleed, while her Physical Attack Boost increases her own damage output.

Bring Healers or Characters with Debuff Removal

Since the enemies can inflict debuffs on your characters, it’s best to include someone in your party who can cleanse them. We recommend adding Lucy, as she can remove up to three debuffs from allies. Alternatively, Karin is a great option if you want a healer who can also remove debuffs.

Rank Up Characters If Possible

One effective way to progress through tougher stages is by ranking up your characters. This boosts their stats and increases their star level, making it essential for clearing high-difficulty quests.

Transcend If There's Extra Characters Available

Transcendence provides an additional stat boost for your characters. If you have two or more copies of the same character, make sure to use them to transcend and gain these extra stats.

Transcend Also Unlocks Additional Skill Effects

In addition to boosting character stats, certain skill effects are unlocked at specific transcendence levels. This can give your party a valuable advantage, especially if you don’t have many Legendary characters.

Ultimate Enhancement To Equip More

Having two pieces of equipment is always better than one. By using Ultimate Enhancement, you can increase your main party’s equipment slots, making it easier to clear not just Adventure 12-40 but other challenging stages as well.

Unlock Hero Potential

To clear high-difficulty Power Up Dungeons, increasing Hero Potential is essential. If you are struggling to clear, try increasing the Hero Potential of your party members.

Upgrade Equipment Fox Max Power

Equipment plays a crucial role in your character’s growth, as it boosts stats based on the type of gear equipped. Upgrading your equipment further strengthens your characters, giving you an advantage in battles. Utilize this to your advantage against formidable enemies.

Enhance Hero Skills

Enhance your heroes' skills, prioritizing tanks and healers to boost their effectiveness and utility. Skill Enhancement materials can be obtained from Story Event rewards, the Shop, and the Infinite Tower.

Use Protective Formation

Protective Formation is the recommended setup for Adventure Modes. At Level 20, it boosts Back Row heroes' Attack by 26% and grants Front Row supports and healers a 6.5% Defense increase. Other formations can also work, but require more investment into your characters.

Tips!	Make sure to enhance the formation level for increased back row and front row effect. The higher the Formation level, the better.

Ultimate Enhance Your Team

If you have an Ultimate Enhancement Material, Leah, or spare Fusion fodder, it’s worth using them to add a weapon slot to your strongest 6★ Legendary DPS or an armor slot to other team members. While Adventure 14-30 is still manageable without them, your team may struggle to stay alive without sufficient Ultimate Enhancements.

Use Skill Queue

Auto Skills offer convenience, but they don't always select the optimal skills in critical situations. It's best to use the Skill Queue to start with a buff, then monitor combat and manually activate skills as needed.

Tips!	Strategically, queue buffs first, such as 'Shield', then use priority skills manually to gain the upper hand.
