Best Character Tier List & Character Ranking for Seven Knights Re:Birth (7K Rebirth). Use this as reference to know the strongest characters, best heroes and characters in-game.

Aris (Awakening)

Aris is a new unit expected to find her place primarily in tank teams. She excels in tank mirror matches and is especially effective as a counter to physical teams.

Thanks to her ability to significantly increase her own damage output, Aris can be built offensively for tank mirror matchups. However, to better withstand physical teams with high Crush values from Tuning, a more defensive build focused on maximizing Block Rate and Damage Taken Reduction is recommended. In addition, because her Skill 1 hits five times, it is particularly effective against characters like Lu Bu and Dellons. Investing in Weakness Hit Chance is also worthwhile to ensure those attacks land as reliably as possible.

With the right gear and Tuning, Aris can survive the early burst from physical teams. If achieving that level of survivability is difficult, pairing her with an Awakened Rudy is highly recommended. If Aris can stay alive into the mid-to-late stages of the battle and activate her Awakened Passive Skill, physical teams will have a very difficult time dealing with her.

Rudy (Awakening)

With his Awakening, Rudy has become an even sturdier tank. Previously, his strength was his highly situational Skill 1, which could almost guarantee a Stun while reducing the target's buff duration by 3 turns, making it particularly effective in specific scenarios such as shutting down Sun Wukong in Guild War. While his kit has become less specialized, it is now significantly more versatile.

The biggest improvement is the increased availability of Link. Thanks to his Passive Skill, Rudy now grants Link and a Defense Increase to all allies at the start of battle, making it much easier to withstand the opening burst from physical teams. Pairing him with Aris is a strong option, as he helps protect her despite her high—but not unbreakable—durability. That said, Rudy can also make a significant impact simply by replacing a member of an existing tank team.

However, Rudy is not expected to contribute much in tank mirror matches, so his primary role will likely be as a counter to physical teams. If your tank team struggles against physical compositions, consider adding Rudy by himself or pairing him with Aris to improve the matchup.

Evaluation Criteria

Tier SS

The best characters for each type of content. In PvP, they serve as the core of the current meta teams. In PvE, they are key units that are almost essential for clearing high-difficulty stages (around Stage 9–10 and beyond).

Tier S

Characters that perform extremely well across various types of content. In PvP, they are either essential members of the meta team or strong core units in powerful non-meta teams. In PvE, they can fulfill their roles up to mid-high difficulty stages, though there are usually even more optimal characters for the toughest content.

Tier A

Characters that are still worth including in a team when no Tier SS or S characters are available. They typically have one standout feature—such as resistance to certain debuffs—that makes them situationally effective, but they tend to struggle outside of those specific circumstances.

Tier B

Characters that don’t have any specific traits that stand out for particular content, but can still contribute decently through one aspect such as offense, durability, or support. They aren’t entirely unviable, but are generally not recommended for top-tier team compositions.
