Best Character Tier List & Character Ranking for Seven Knights Re:Birth (7K Rebirth). Use this as reference to know the strongest characters, best heroes and characters in-game.

Lu Bu

Lu Bu is an AoE attacker who focuses on dealing damage through Weakness Hits and Defense-Ignoring damage, and can be considered a character you will regret skipping if you do not pull for him. With Lu Bu’s arrival, physical teams are expected to rise in prominence this season, while tank-focused teams may find themselves in a more difficult position.

While Lu Bu boasts exceptionally high damage and overall performance, it is important to be mindful of the reduced flexibility in team building. If there are fewer than three Attack-type characters on the team, key effects such as Marks and Blessing will not activate, lowering both his damage output and survivability. In addition, because he reduces the team’s Magic Attack by as much as 90%, it is best to avoid running him alongside characters like Sun Wukong or Freyja. As a result, players who have not sufficiently built physical characters such as Kyle, Branze & Bransel, or Kagura may find him somewhat difficult to use.

As an outstanding AoE attacker, Lu Bu is a character you ideally want to take to T6. As mentioned above, he is difficult to run together with Sun Wukong, and standard physical teams tend to lack reliable HP recovery. However, once Lu Bu reaches T6, he gains the ability to heal both himself and one additional ally, which greatly improves team stability.

Lu Bu is also extremely strong for Ruby Farming, and with a proper build, he can comfortably clear Nightmare 24 and beyond. One important point to keep in mind is that because Lu Bu heavily reduces the team’s Magic Attack, placing him on teams built around Freya or Yeonhee can prevent those teams from finishing off enemies, often leading to consecutive losses. If you obtain a level 1 Lu Bu, make sure to manually assign him to a team that already includes physical attackers.

Xiao Qiao

Xiao Qiao is a PvE-focused character, with particular strength in the Iron Devourer Raid. She provides buffs and debuffs on par with Victoria while also dealing significantly more damage, allowing her to function as a direct upgrade over Victoria. As a result, stages 11 and beyond of Iron Devourer become much more accessible even for newer players.

That said, this does not mean that players who can already clear Iron Devourer 11+ with ease have no reason to build her. Testing has shown that a lineup consisting of T6 Pascal, T6 Biscuit, T2 Xiao Qiao, plus two fodders allows for Ruby Farming in Iron Devourer. For players who want to combine Raid progression with Ruby Farming, investing in Xiao Qiao is a strong option.

Additionally, at T6, Xiao Qiao gains the ability to increase the Magic Attack and Crit Damage of the two allies with the highest Attack when using her upper skill, while also applying a 5-turn Magic Vulnerability debuff to enemies. Because of this, she is also expected to perform well in Advent Expedition Teo.

Evaluation Criteria

Tier SS

The best characters for each type of content. In PvP, they serve as the core of the current meta teams. In PvE, they are key units that are almost essential for clearing high-difficulty stages (around Stage 9–10 and beyond).

Tier S

Characters that perform extremely well across various types of content. In PvP, they are either essential members of the meta team or strong core units in powerful non-meta teams. In PvE, they can fulfill their roles up to mid-high difficulty stages, though there are usually even more optimal characters for the toughest content.

Tier A

Characters that are still worth including in a team when no Tier SS or S characters are available. They typically have one standout feature—such as resistance to certain debuffs—that makes them situationally effective, but they tend to struggle outside of those specific circumstances.

Tier B

Characters that don’t have any specific traits that stand out for particular content, but can still contribute decently through one aspect such as offense, durability, or support. They aren’t entirely unviable, but are generally not recommended for top-tier team compositions.
