Sung Jinwoo

Sung Jinwoo has extremely high damage potential, as he can eventually increase his Attack by up to 210%. However, in the current PvP environment, his survivability is lacking, making it difficult for him to consistently perform at his full potential. He also requires multiple key stats such as Crit Rate, Weakness Hit Chance, and Speed, which makes building him properly quite demanding. That said, if he can stay alive long enough, he is capable of dealing very high damage, so opting for a more durability-focused build with options like Gatekeeper or Orchestrator may also be worth considering.

As a Magic-type character with access to Piercing Damage, he will often be used as an alternative to Kyrielle in PvP. Additionally, since he does not require the team to be composed entirely of Magic-type characters, further experimentation may lead to him being used outside of traditional Magic team compositions.

Since his optimal playstyle has not yet been fully established, there is no need to rush him to T6, but as a collaboration character, he may become unavailable after this opportunity. Players with sufficient Rubies may want to invest in him with a long-term perspective. Furthermore, because he can increase his Attack by up to 210%, having a high base Attack is especially important, making T12 more valuable for him compared to other characters. Players who plan to use him as a main unit should aim to transcend him as much as possible.

Cha Hae-in

Cha Hae-in is a character with a kit similar to a physical version of Velika. In both Infinite Tower and Tower of Trials, she can increase the Effect Probability of all allies, and each time she uses a skill, she reduces the skill cooldowns of her team. Unlike Velika, who can reduce cooldowns through basic attacks, Cha Hae-in needs to use her skills to do so, meaning her cooldown reduction may be less frequent. However, at T2, she gains the ability to heal allies, which is a significant advantage, so it is recommended to aim for at least T2.

Additionally, if you can maximize her Crit Rate and Crit Damage, and ideally also invest in Weakness Hit Chance, she can be effective in PvP as well, particularly in Guild War.

Yoo Jinho

Yoo Jinho has a skill set similar to Evan, but offers Silence Immunity instead. He may see niche usage in Tower content and can be a viable alternative to Jin in Castle Rush: Death Castle thanks to his superior survivability.

Lee Joohee

Lee Joohee has a skill set very similar to Karon and is well-suited for the Ox King raid. While T6 Karon provides higher HP recovery, Lee Joohee offers the advantage of removing debuffs from back row allies.

For standard raid farming, Karon is generally the better choice. However, when running Ruby farming setups with multiple fodder units, Lee Joohee can serve as a valuable safety net if Daisy or Black Rose is defeated early in the fight.

Evaluation Criteria

Tier SS

The best characters for each type of content. In PvP, they serve as the core of the current meta teams. In PvE, they are key units that are almost essential for clearing high-difficulty stages (around Stage 9–10 and beyond).

Tier S

Characters that perform extremely well across various types of content. In PvP, they are either essential members of the meta team or strong core units in powerful non-meta teams. In PvE, they can fulfill their roles up to mid-high difficulty stages, though there are usually even more optimal characters for the toughest content.

Tier A

Characters that are still worth including in a team when no Tier SS or S characters are available. They typically have one standout feature—such as resistance to certain debuffs—that makes them situationally effective, but they tend to struggle outside of those specific circumstances.

Tier B

Characters that don’t have any specific traits that stand out for particular content, but can still contribute decently through one aspect such as offense, durability, or support. They aren’t entirely unviable, but are generally not recommended for top-tier team compositions.
