The Assassin Set Effect increases Crit Rate. The 4-set also increases Ignore Defense, making it especially recommended for Attackers in PvP, Adventure, and the Infinite Tower to boost their damage output.
For Boss Content, Use Avenger
For Attackers in boss content like Raids, Castle Rushes, and Advent Expeditions, it's better to increase Crit Rate using the Main Stat of an Avenger set, which increases damage dealt to bosses.

For Attackers like Teo and Trude who reach 100% Crit Rate at +6 Enhancement, you should either increase Weakness Hit Chance with the Bounty Tracker set or increase damage dealt with the Avenger set. For these heroes, the Assassin set is recommended if they are below +6 Enhancement.

Recommended for Freyja
Freyja is a Top-tier Magic AoE Attacker capable of HP Alteration on all enemies, Ignore Defense, Bleed, and Defense Reduction based on the number of buffs removed. Her attacking stacks "Divine" up to 6 times, which increases her Magic Attack, and her Skill 2 consumes 4 Divine stacks to perform an HP Alteration. The HP Alteration is excellent to counter durability heroes in PvP.
Recommedned for T6 Pallanus
Pallanus T6 adds 100% Weakness Hit Chance, perfect to use the Assassin set, which also increases Crit Rate, making this equipment enhance Pallanus T6 Effect.

Recommended Main Stats for Weapons
Crit Damage Boost is Recommended
The Crit Damage Boost Main Stat is recommended as it pairs well with increased Crit Rate. All Attack (%) is also a good secondary choice as it leads to higher damage.
Crit Rate is Good if you're lacking it
If your Crit Rate is insufficient with just the 4-set effect and Substats, a Crit Rate Main Stat is also effective. This is often necessary for heroes with a naturally low Crit Rate.
Recommended Main Stats for Armor
All Attack (%) is Recommended
For Armor Main Stats, All Attack (%) is the most recommended. Flat All Attack is also an acceptable alternative.
Recommended Substats
Speed is the Top Priority for PvP
This applies to all equipment sets, not just Assassin, but if you're using it in PvP, Speed is the top priority for Substats. This is because having a higher total party Speed than your opponent allows you to act first, which is a huge advantage.

Crit Damage and Attack UP are Recommended
Similar to Main Stats, Crit Damage and All Attack (%) are also recommended for Substats. Flat All Attack is also an acceptable alternative.
Weakness Hit Chance is important, especially in PvP
In PvP, Crits have a high chance of being nullified by Block. Therefore, it's particularly effective in PvP to increase Weakness Hit Chance and aim for high damage with its 30% damage boost when it occurs.
It's Good to make up for the lack of Crit Rate
If your Crit Rate is slightly lacking with just the Main Stat and 4-set effect, it's a good idea to make up for the deficit with Substats.
Effect Hit Rate is Grea for Status Effect Heroes
For Attackers like Kyrielle or Rin who can inflict status effects, it's also okay to increase their Effect Hit Rate with Substats. It's a recommended Substat if you want to increase the chance of inflicting status effects.

There are three types of Assassin Raid Equipment: "Ox King Flail," "Ox King Scripture," and "Ox King Armor," which can be obtained from the Ox King Raid. There are also versions with the Gatekeeper and Guardian Set Effects.

Assassin's Four Lords of Old Equipment can be obtained randomly from Equipment boxes, which are defeat rewards for Teo or Yeonhee in the Advent Expedition. The stat boosts are the same as Raid Equipment, but they are characterized by always having offensive Main/Substats.
