From the Season 8 additional rules, the debuff has been changed from Blind→ Paralysis, and the enemy's defensive effect has been changed from Pain Endurance→ Damage Nullification.

Team Composition & Strategy Tips

Prepare for the Paralysis from the Additional Rules

If you are aiming for a 6-medal clear, the battle will start with Paralysis applied due to the additional rules. Counter this with heroes like Xiao Qiao, who has Paralysis Immunity, or heroes with Debuff Removal like Chloe or Elysia.

It's Fine to Use Your Adventure or Arena Party

Odd-numbered floors are easier than even-numbered ones, and in many cases, you can clear them using the same party you use for Adventure or the Arena. You will need to prepare for status effects from the additional rules, but your standard party is a fine base.

Be Aware that HP Alteration and Death Do Not Work

In the Tower of Trial, Freyja's HP Alteration and Kris's Death are ineffective. Be careful if these heroes are in your usual party. It's acceptable to use them purely as wide-range attackers.

Magic Parties are Best for Floors with High-Durability Parties

For high-durability parties centered around tanks, healers, and T6 Seven Knights of Old, it's possible to break through with a Physical party, but it's easier to clear by chipping away their HP with the Magic Reflux from Mercure in a magic party. Specifically, magic parties are recommended for floors 1 and 13 and above.

Using Juri is Best on Floors with Rosie

From floor 15 onwards, where [url {"article_id":"70501 ","text":"Rosie"}] appears, battles tend to be prolonged due to her Revive skill. To prevent Revive, it is recommended to use Juri to apply Souldeath.

If You Don't Have Juri, Counter with Status Effects

If you don't have Juri, prevent Revive with status effects that stop enemy movement. Since it's difficult to perfectly counter Rosie, it can sometimes be faster to win by repeatedly retrying until you succeed.

Sun Wukong Provides Stability on Higher Floors

From floor 13 onwards, the stats of the T6 Seven Knights of Old are extremely high, and they also inflict multiple status effects. While it's possible to clear lower floors without a healer, it becomes difficult on higher floors, so the healer/attacker Sun Wukong is recommended for a stable clear.

The difficulty increases a step from floor 13, where the T6 Seven Knights of Old appear. Xiao Qiao is recommended for status effect immunity, Sun Wukong for countering high damage, Mercure for countering high durability, and Juri for countering Revive.

Tips!	On floor 13, where Rosie is not present, it's okay to replace Juri with another Magic hero like Velika.

The enemies are not bosses, so Eirin, who provides a Physical Attack Boost, is recommended for Physical parties, and Yeonji, who provides a Magic Attack Boost, is recommended for magic parties. Also, on floors with healers like Lina or Alice, Yu is the most recommended.

6-Medal Party Examples

The examples above are for aiming for 6 medals. If you reduce the number of medals, the initial Paralysis will be removed, which broadens your party formation options, such as removing Paralysis Immunity and adding a healer or other status effect counter heroes.
