Equipment Preset Guide

This is a guide for Equipment Presets in Seven Knights Re:BIRTH (7K Rebirth). Read to learn what an equipment preset is, as well as how to access, Sell Preset, save, and swap them!

What is an Equipment Preset?

Pre-Saved Equipment Set

An Equipment Preset is a pre-saved set of specific pieces of equipment. These presets essentially allow you to quick swap between sets of equipment, allowing for easier equipment management for your heroes.

Convenient Equipment Swapping

This system will mainly be used by seasoned players who are swapping between sets for different PvE content, such as Ruby Farming, and Adventure, and PvP equipment sets. But for newer players who aren't strong enough to farm high level Raids, this feature will largely be ignored.

Preset List Expansion New!

After the 4/15/2026 update, the number of Equipment presets you can save has been increased from 30 to 100.

How to Access Presets

Access from Manage Equipment Screen

Players can access Equipment Presets by going to Heroes → Equipment → Manage Equipment. From there, you can manage Equipment Presets.

How to Use Presets

Create Shared and Preset Equipment

1.	Go to the Heroes screen.
2.	Press on the Equipment button.
3.	Head to the Manage Equipment screen.
4.	Press on the + Presets button.
5.	Press on the + Add currently equipped items to preset button on the lower left.
6.	Select and equip presets according to your preference.

Saving and setting equipment presets can be quite unintuitive, so please use our step-by-step guide above to learn how to create and save your first preset!

Tips!	Note that Equipment set for specific content will have to be created individually.

How to Set Specific Content Gear

1.	Select the Shared Button
2.	Select the content you wish to create an Equipment Set for.
3.	Select equipment directly from the Equipment Menu or choose from a Preset

Creating Equipment Sets for specific content provides greater flexibility when building a character, allowing players to either distribute gear evenly across the party for large scale PvP content such as Guild Wars and Total War, or maximize the efficiency of their best gear for 5v5 PvP content such as Arena.

Used Equipment Pieces

When equipment is used in other content equipment sets, it will be marked with a Shared icon in the top right corner. This makes it easier to track which equipment pieces are in use and helps prevent accidental item selling.

How to Overwrite and Duplicate Presets

Overwrite Duplicate

1.	Select and equip new items
2.	Select a Preset to Overwrite
3.	Click the Gold Icon to Overwrite the Preset

1.	Select preset to equip
2.	Select a Preset to Duplicate
3.	Click the Gold Icon to Overwrite the Preset

In addition to creating presets for specific content, players can also overwrite and duplicate sets. This allows equipment sets to be transferred between heroes, while overwriting presets makes it possible to update existing presets with equipment that has better stats.

Use Shared Presets

By selecting Shared in the Preset Menu, you can duplicate an equipment set via the Shared Preset, allowing the same equipment to be used across a wide variety of content.

Equipment Preset Tips

Percentage Main Stats are Preferred

When selecting equipment for presets, always prioritize pieces with percentage-based main stats over flat values. These pieces generally provide higher overall stats and result in stronger equipment sets.

Equipment with Multiple Substats

Equipment with multiple substats and no enhancements has a higher stat ceiling compared to equipment with fewer substats. Having more substats by default allows for additional substat upgrades, making such equipment a better long term investment.

Speed for PvP

In PvP, having a team with a high Speed stat is essential, as it allows your team to act and use skills first. This can ultimately decide a match and should be treated as a core stat to prioritize.

Incremental Upgrades

When upgrading equipment, it's best to do so in small increments to check which substats are upgraded, allowing you to decide whether to keep or sell the equipment

Take Advantage of Equipment Set Effects

Equipment set effects provide significant stat increases, allowing for greater flexibility when creating a preset. It's best to aim for a four piece set effect that is relevant to the chosen hero or role.

Tailor Stats for Specific Role Archetypes

To maximize gear efficiency, it's best to create a gear set and select equipment that fits a specific role archetype.

How to Use Sell Preset (Sell Sorted)

What is the Equipment Sell Preset?

The Equipment Sell Preset is a feature that lets you bulk-sell equipment matching conditions you've set, saving you the hassle of sorting through unwanted equipment one by one.

Tips!	You can create up to 30 Equipment Sell Presets total, combining weapons, armor, and accessories.

How to Sell Equipment Presets

1.	Click the Inventory Button in the lower left side of the screen.
2.	Click the Sell Buttton
3.	Click the Sell Sorted Button
4.	Select either Master Adventurer or Veteran Adventurer and fine tune your preferred equipment to be sold.

You can also open the Sell Preset screen from Equipment Enhancement > Sell Icon > Selective Sell as an alternative route. Once your conditions are set, pressing the Bulk Sell button extracts only matching equipment; use the icon in the bottom-left to quickly bulk-check items, uncheck anything you don't want to sell, then press OK.

The Sell Equipment Presets function allows for easier equipment sorting, helping maintain a more organized inventory and preventing a full inventory while preserving weapons and armors that may have strong potential. It's best to Sell Sorted for Equipment to save time and automate the process.

Copy Sell Presets

If a player has a Sell Equipment Preset set up, you can open their player profile and select the Sell Preset button to copy their settings. To share your own preset with others, press the Share button on your own preset screen. This allows Sell Presets to be shared across multiple players.

Note!	Sell Equipment Presets can only be copied if both players are on the same server.

How to Unlock

Sell Presets can be unlocked by completing all 12 levels of all three raids.

Veteran Adventurer Is the Base Preset to Load

Creating presets one by one is a hassle, so it's best to start by loading the Master Adventurer or Veteran Adventurer preset first. Master Adventurer is best for beginner to intermediate players with less equipment, while Veteran Adventurer is best for intermediate to advanced players with more equipment. As your equipment increases and your Inventory space runs low, use Veteran Adventurer as your base, and make further fine adjustments from there.

Rarity and Rank Can Be Set to All

By default, Legendary and 6-Star are checked, but if you don't have any particular preference, you can set both Rarity and Rank to All. Leaving the default is fine too, but setting everything to All prevents any equipment from accidentally being missed.

Whether to Check Enhancement Level 15 Is Up to You

Enhancement Level 0-2 is checked by default, but to also include equipment that was partially upgraded and ended up with poor substats, it's best to check everything up to Level 14. Whether to check Level 15 is up to you.

Don't Remove the No-Speed Icon

By default, a prohibition mark is shown on the Speed substat, but this means "excludes Speed," so you can leave it as is. Speed is important in PvP, of course, but it can also be needed in PvE to adjust turn order.

Sell Flat Main Stats

For equipment with flat main stats, it's best to use Sell Preset for Equipment on both weapons and armors, as they are generally inferior to percentage based main stats

Initial Substat Count

It's also worth considering Sell Preset for Equipment with a low initial substat count, as such equipment tends to have a lower stat ceiling compared to pieces with three or four substat lines.

Sell Equipment with Low Potential

When upgrading equipment in increments, it's best to set the Sell Preset to +3 or +6 to automatically sell equipment that does not upgrade the desired stats.

High Speed Equipment Pieces are Valuable

If you obtain equipment with a high Speed or max Speed roll, it's best to lock it, as equipment with multiple or high Speed rolls can be difficult to come by.

Spellweaver/Orchestrator Sets Are Worth Reconsidering

Crit-related substats on Spellweaver/Orchestrator equipment are checked by default, but since there are cases where you might use Orchestrator on an attacker for status effect countermeasures, or want to land Crits while boosting Effect Probability, whether to keep these checked is worth reconsidering.

Gatekeeper Is Also an Option as a Separate Preset

Paladin/Gatekeeper/Guardian equipment is grouped into one preset with the same conditions, but since Gatekeeper is sometimes used to cover an attacker's lack of survivability, it's best to manage it with a separate preset from Paladin/Guardian.

Sorting Niche Utility Stats

Stats such as Effect Resistance or Effect Hit Rate are situational. It is often more effective to gain them through specific set bonuses or by selecting them as a dedicated primary option for specialized builds. This keeps general gear sets more versatile.
