Inner Spark that is used to level Hero Potential can only be obtained by clearing Power Up Dungeon stage 11 or above. The Inner Spark quantity obtained varies depending on the Power Up Dungeon level.

Inner Sparks are used exclusively for Hero Potential level-ups and are not required for Level Breakthroughs. You can access the Potential system from [Power Up] → [Power Up Heroes] → [Potential].
