What is Damage Amplification?
A Stat That Increases All Damage Dealt by a Percentage

Damage Amplification is a stat that increases all damage dealt by a hero by a set percentage. It is calculated separately from Damage Boost, so both effects can stack.
Tips! | This stat also applies to continuous damage debuffs such as Magic Reflux, Burn, and Bleed inflicted by the equipped hero! |
|---|
Pairs Well with Other Damage Boost Effects

Running it alongside Avenger equipment or Damage Boost effects from heroes/pets is also a great option. Consider building a hero within your team that specializes in Damage Amplification and adjust your equipment accordingly.
Strong in Both PvP and PvE
Its high versatility — boosting attacker damage output in both PvP and PvE — makes it extremely useful. It is so effective that Damage Amplification is practically the go-to Exclusive Option for PvE Attacker Dedicated Equipment.
How to Increase Damage Amplification
Apply Damage Amplification Through Dedicated Equipment

Damage Amplification can only be increased through the Exclusive Option on Dedicated Equipment. Dedicated Equipment comes without any option when first obtained; one of 9 possible effects is applied randomly through Refinement.
Dedicated Equipment GuideCannot Be Applied to Shared-Type Dedicated Equipment

Damage Amplification can only be applied to Hero-specific Dedicated Equipment. Shared-type Dedicated Equipment — which any hero can equip — has no option slot, so no stat can be applied.
No Other Way to Increase It
Damage Amplification cannot be increased by any means other than the Exclusive Option on Dedicated Equipment. It is a stat unique to Dedicated Equipment and does not appear on weapons, armor, or accessories.
A Similar Effect: Damage Boost Buff
Damage Boost buffs come in three types — All, Physical, and Magic — and each increases only the matching attack type's damage. Only one Damage Boost buff can be active at a time, but they can coexist with Damage Amplification.
Tips! | If a hero has multiple Damage Boost buffs active, only the one with the highest value applies. |

Best Heroes for Damage Amplification
PvE Attackers
Damage Amplification is the ideal Exclusive Option for PvE Attacker Dedicated Equipment. Start with your main attackers for Raid, Advent Expedition, and Castle Rush, and apply it in order of the content you want to focus on.
PvP Attackers (vs. Crush)
Since Damage Amplification boosts all damage output, it's rarely wasted — making it a solid choice for PvP Attackers as well. An alternative is Crush for countering Block, and which one is more effective depends on the current meta and your target matchups.
Best Character Tier List & Hero RankingHeroes with Continuous Damage Effects
Since Damage Amplification also applies to continuous damage effects, consider equipping it on Mercure, Fai, and Freyja as well. Freyja in particular has high personal damage output and inflicts Bleed, making her an especially strong fit for Damage Amplification.
PvE Supports (Low Priority)
While lower priority than Attackers for Refinement, PvE Supports like Biscuit also benefit from Damage Amplification as an ideal effect for boosting score. If your survivability is lacking, address it through equipment and rings rather than Refinement.
Tips! | Damage Amplification is also effective when farming damage through Ring of Thorns or Ring of the Viper. |
