Refining Dust and Secure Refining Talismans are used when refining accessories, a feature that allows you to combine the effects of two accessories. This can be accessed by navigating to Upgrade Equipment → Refine.
Used to Craft Secure Refining Talisman
Refining Dust is a material used to craft Secure Refining Talismans. It can be obtained when Fixed Refining fails using a Legendary Accessory as material.
Used to Guarantee Refining
Secure Refining Talismans can be used to guarantee a success when refining an accessory. These can be applied on any accessory rarity and require 240 Refining Dust to craft.

Refining Dust can be obtained when refinement fails while using a Legendary Accessory as material. The amount obtained varies based on the rarity of the accessory used.
Legendary Accessories as Material
If you have an excess of Legendary Accessories, using spare pieces during refinement is the only way to obtain Refining Dust.
Talismans Obtained by Crafting
Secure Refining Talismans can be obtained via Fixed Crafting using 240 Refining Dust and cannot be acquired elsewhere. Due to the limited availability of both Refining Dust and Secure Refining Talismans, it is highly recommended to use them on high priority accessories.

Combine Legendary Rings
Secure Refining Talismans are best used to combine Legendary Rings to stack multiple effects. This allows heroes with built in effects such as Revive to gain both Immortality and Guts, allowing them to revive multiple times in battle.
