Best Gold Farming Methods

Farm Gold Alongside Ruby Farming

The above 4-step process is called Ruby Farming, and it lets you earn Gold at the same time as Rubies. This is the most basic and efficient way to farm Gold.

Boost Efficiency With Mick or Mimic

Mick	Mimic

Deploying Mick or Mimic as your pet in Adventure grants 5%-20% bonus Gold, so it's a great pick. Mick and Mimic can be obtained through Pet Conversion.

Ruby Farming Can Also Drop Gold Boxes

Gold Boxes have a chance to drop in the Ruby Farming area. They contain 200,000, 400,000, 600,000, 800,000, or 1,000,000 Gold, each with a 20% chance, letting you earn a large amount of Gold.

Exchange at the Story Event Shop

You can earn event currency by clearing Story Event Challenge Stages, and Gold is one of the items you can exchange for in the Event Shop. You can also earn Gold just from farming the Challenge Stages themselves, making this a great way to farm Gold.

Tips!	You can also Repeat Battle Story Events just like Adventure. However, you may run low on heroes to use for leveling, so you'll need to supplement them through Adventure or Summons.

Earn It From Adventure Star Rewards

Clearing an Adventure stage earns you 1-3 Stars based on how many star conditions you meet. Star Rewards are given based on the total number of Stars earned in each area and include Gold, so try to meet the conditions as much as possible while progressing through Adventure.

3. Clear within 30 turns (the turn limit may vary by stage)

Sell Unneeded Equipment

Selling equipment earns you Gold based on its rank and enhancement level. Sell your 3-star to 5-star equipment once it becomes unneeded. You can sell equipment from the sell button at the bottom of the Weapons/Armor screen in your Bag.

Tips!	Setting up Auto-Sell conditions in the Repeat Battle settings will automatically sell equipment that matches your set conditions when it drops. Be sure to set this up.

How to Get Equipment

Convert Rare Heroes Into Gold

Once you've gathered a decent number of heroes, finished Ultimate Enhancement, and start having excess Rare heroes, it's a good idea to convert 10 ★6 Rare heroes into 3,000,000 Gold. This is best for advanced players, but it lets you get a huge amount of Gold at once.

Clear Raids

Clearing a Raid also earns you a small amount of Gold. You can also collect equipment from Raids, and you can earn Gold by selling any equipment you don't need, so repeatedly farming Raids is a great option.

Tips!	You can Repeat Battle Raids too. However, setting your skill priority correctly is extremely important for farming them reliably.

Exchange at Various Shops

The Honor Shop Is the Best Choice for Exchanging

You can also exchange for Gold under Shop > Exchange Shop. Exchanging Honor Points earned from friends for Gold is a great choice. The number of exchanges resets every week.

Exchanging at the Guild Shop Is Also an Option

In the Guild Shop, you'll generally want to prioritize exchanging for Pet Eggs, but exchanging for Gold is also fine if you're running low.

Ruby Is Quick, But You May Want to Save It for Other Things

Exchanging 100 Rubies for a Power-Up Package containing 1 Basic Hero Summon Card, 5 Topaz, and 100,000 Gold is the quickest method. However, it's generally better to save your Rubies for Summons or Key Boxes.

Total War Exchanges Aren't Worth It

The Total War Exchange Shops let you exchange for valuable items that are hard to get elsewhere, so exchanging for Gold there isn't worth it.

Progress Through Various Events

You can also earn Gold by completing missions in Expedition Events, the Battle Pass, and other events. Ruby Farming and collecting Star Rewards are also great since you can progress Expedition Events at the same time.

Clear the Gold Dungeon

Clearing the Gold Dungeon earns you 75,000 to 750,000 Gold depending on the difficulty. That said, it's hard to make good use of early on since you need to clear all 5 elemental dungeons (Fire through Darkness) up to Stage 7, Pooki Tokens only recharge 2 per day, and you'll likely want to prioritize gathering Evolution Materials instead.

Tips!	Once you can clear Difficulty 3, using 100 Rubies to recharge your first daily Pooki Token is more Gold-efficient than spending 100 Rubies on a Power-Up Package.

Participate in Castle Rush

Participating in the guild content Castle Rush gets you a Gold Box the next day based on your Castle Rush rank. You won't get it right when you want it, but it's worth remembering to participate every day.

Tips!	The higher your Castle Rush rank, the more Gold you can earn.

Fuse 3-Star or Higher Heroes

Fusing 3-star or higher heroes earns 10,000 to 50,000 Gold from the Repeat Request reward, but since Enhancement and Fusion both require Gold, this method actually results in a net loss of Gold. Since you only get back a small portion of the Gold you spent on Fusion, this isn't a great way to farm Gold.

What Gold Is Used For

Needed to Train Heroes and Pets

Gold is needed for various training tasks: Hero Enhancement, Evolution, Fusion, Transcendence, Skill Enhancement, and Ultimate Enhancement, as well as Pet Fusion, Enhancement, and Evolution. It's a core material for all forms of training, so farming Gold is extremely important.

Needed in Large Amounts for Equipment and Accessory Enhancement

Gold is also needed to enhance equipment and accessories. The amount of Gold required to enhance 6-star equipment and accessories is very high, and you're likely to run short on Gold once 6-star equipment starts dropping, so start farming steadily from early on.
