A Powerful Physical Attacker Whose Strength Lies in a High Number of Hits
With additional damage on Weakness Hits, an additional attack after 2 Basic Attacks or 1 skill use, and consecutive activation when defeating an enemy with Skill 2, he is a wide-range Physical attacker with a high number of hits and high damage output. The synergy with the Cooldown Reset upon Revive is also powerful.
Transcendence Priority is High
At 2nd Transcendence, he gains Defense Reduction, and at 6th Transcendence, an HP Heal (prioritizing self and one back row ally) and an Ignore Defense Rate Boost are added to both skills. Since he becomes excellent not only as an attacker but also as a supporter, he is a Hero you'll want at least at 2nd Transcendence, ideally at 6th, if using in PvP.

Lu Bu Strength and Features
Powerful Physical Attacker Focused on Firepower
A wide-range physical attacker that strikes with Fatal Hits and Ignore Defense. His high number of attacks combined with Cooldown Reduction upon revival makes him extremely powerful. He also excels at boosting the firepower of both himself and his allies through Defense Reduction and Physical Attack Boosts.
Increased Firepower in Late Battle
If there are 3 or more Attack types in the team, he can apply Markers. At 2 stacks, he deals HP-Based Additional Damage and his Fatal Hit damage increases. His ability to further increase firepower during the latter half of the battle is impressive, especially with the increased damage dealt as the number of normal attack targets decreases.
Excellent Durability in Teams with 3+ Attack Types
In terms of durability, his strengths include revival and HP recovery prioritizing himself and one back-line ally, as well as gaining a Blessing when there are 3 or more Attack types in the team. Since his durability is relatively low if the team requirements are not met, he should primarily be used in teams with 3 or more Attack types.
Lower Team Composition Flexibility
Lu Bu's drawback is that his Blessing and Markers will not activate without at least 3 Attack types, and Magic Attack for all allies is reduced by 90%. Since it requires a composition with 3+ Attack types and no magic users, it becomes difficult to build physical teams that include characters like Freyja or Sun Wukong.
Caution During Ruby Farming!
If a Level 1 Lu Bu is placed in a party with Freyja or Yeonhee during Ruby Farming, the reduction in Magic Attack will prevent them from defeating enemies, causing consecutive losses. When you obtain Lu Bu, make sure to manually place him in a Physical Attacker team.
