Hell Castle is one of Castle Rush's stages where you face the Seven Knights and earn points. It opens every Sunday, and rewards are distributed daily at 5 PM (PST) based on Guild Rank, which is determined by the total points earned by all members.

In Hell Castle, Kris uses both single and multi-target skills that can inflict Death for 3 Turns. Meanwhile, Hell Castle's Rook and Chancellor can also inflict Death and reduce Kris' skill cooldown upon being hit, making this stage particularly difficult to clear without a suitable team setup.

Death Immunity
| Leo | Leo is a must-have for Hell Castle, as he is currently the only hero who grants Death Immunity. He also inflicts Damage Reduction, Defense Reduction, and Bleed. Recommended Set: Gatekeeper |
Focus Target
| Asura | Since Kris' skill cooldowns are reduced whenever Rook or Chancellor are hit, use 'Focus Target' to direct all attacks toward Kris and prevent this. If you have well-enhanced heroes, you can exclude Asura from the lineup. Recommended Set: Gatekeeper |
Continuous Healing
| Lina | Lina provides a Damage Boost and Continuous Healing. With Effect Resist Boost, it decreases the chance of being inflicted with Stun. Lina doesn't require any Skill Enhancement. Recommended Set: Paladin/Gatekeeper |
| Yui | Yui is also the top recommended support for most stages. She provides continuous healing, greatly boosting team survivability. Enhancing her healing skill for an extra turn is highly recommended. Recommended Set: Paladin/Gatekeeper |
Damage Dealer (DPS)
| Pascal | Single-Target Attack heroes are most effective against Kris. Pascal is a strong choice with its powerful single-target damage with self-buffs that reset cooldowns and a Defense-Ignoring skill. Recommended Set: Assassin/Avenger |
| Shane | If Pascal is not available, you can use Shane. Her skill's multiplier (%) is among the top of all heroes. Recommended Set: Assassin/Avenger |
Sub-DPS & Utility
| Biscuit | Biscuit provides excellent utility with her Defense Debuff, Buff Removal, and Weakness Hit Chance Boost, making her a strong addition to almost any team. Recommended Set: Gatekeeper |
| Miho | Inflicts Magic Vulnerability and Buff Duration Reduction, while granting Life Drain to all allies, making her an ideal pick as sub-DPS. Recommended Set: Assassin |
| Espada | Another Sub-DPS option is Espada. Her damage output increases for each Single Enemy defeated. Recommended Set: Assassin/Avenger |
| Rachel | A Physical attacker who inflicts debuffs and boosts Physical Vulnerability and Weakness, dealing strong damage while empowering the team. Recommended Set: Bounty Tracker |
All enemies in Kris' Hell Castle have Quintuple-Target Attack Resistance buff. To counter this, Heroes with 'Single-target attack' skills are recommended.

Form Teams Effective Against Kris
The key to victory is bringing high damage Single-Target heroes with Death Immunity to counter Kris, so adjust your lineup accordingly.

Use Protective Formation
Protective Formation is the recommended setup for Hell Castle. At Level 20, it boosts Back Row heroes' Attack by 26% and grants Front Row supports and healers a 6.5% Defense increase. Other formations can also work, but require more investment into your characters and gear.

How to Get the Highest Score
Use Powerful Single-Target Skills
All enemies in Kris' Hell Castle have Quintuple-Target Attack Resistance buff. To increase damage output and achieve a high score, use heroes with powerful Single-Target Attack skills.
Sustain is Optional
The core mechanic of Castle Rush is to maximize total damage within the turn limit, as scores are based on the cumulative damage dealt before the final turn. If your team can endure without heavy support, focus on high offense and debuff removal instead to maximize score.
