Relays in Seven Knights Re:Birth are items that can be purchased in stages. By making a purchase, you can unlock some of the rewards, and the Relay ends once you've received all the rewards up to the final one.
There Are Also Free Rewards
Relay rewards include both paid and free items. The rewards in the first two slots are always free, so be sure to collect them when the Relay is updated.
Claiming a paid reward also allows you to get the free rewards that follow, so check the upcoming rewards before deciding to buy.

You can access Relays from the event icon at the top left of the home screen. Open the Relay tab within the event menu to check each Relay.
Relays Are Unlocked from the Start
Relays are available as soon as you complete the tutorial and can open the event page. No special actions are needed, so check the rewards when you log in.
