Highly Versatile as a Debuffer

This character excels at debuffs, applying Defense Reduction and Physical Vulnerability to 3 enemies, as well as All Attack Reduction and Reduces Damage Dealt, making them highly effective at weakening opponents. Note that Skill 1 targets only a single enemy until the 6th Transcendence..

Especially Effective in Boss Battles

Since her debuffs hit a limited range of 3 enemies, she's ideal for boss battles with few targets, such as Raids, Power Up Dungeons, and Arena. Her Burn effect makes her particularly effective in the Earth Particle Dungeon.

When adopting for buff/debuff support, it is recommended to increase durability with Gatekeeper so they can stay on the field as long as possible. Since it's mainly for PvE, as long as you have the minimum durability to survive, you can put the rest into offensive options.

Weakness Hit Chance increases by up to 27% with passives and 35% with the 4-set effect, so you only need another 38% to reach 100%. Since it is easy to balance Crit and Weakness Hit, Bounty Tracker is recommended for pure DPS enhancement.

Rachel is often built with high Attack to increase her Burn damage, so the Ring of Authority is recommended among Legendary Rings. Since she already has a Revive passive, avoid using the Ring of Resurrection.

Rings of Subjugation and Siege are Highly Recommended

As a PvE Hero, the Ring of Subjugation is particularly recommended for increased damage to boss targets, followed by the Ring of Siege to increase Single to Triple-Target Attack Skill Damage. If Crit Rate or Weakness Hit Chance is lacking, rings that boost those stats are also viable options.
