DOT rings are best used by equipping them on characters with active skills for the respective status effect, to increase chances of applying it. In particular, using Ring of Death in a Death Team to increase Death application chances raises the probability of instant KO significantly.
Point! | Jave's counter-attack is treated as a Basic Attack, making it easy to apply status effects with crowd control or DOT rings. Equipping these rings on high-hit-count characters like Jave is also recommended. |

Recommended Heroes for Ring of the Viper
Best for Poison Heroes or Support Heroes
The Ring of the Viper is great on Poison-inflicting heroes like Bai Jiao, or on support heroes like Lina in the Water Particle Dungeon where Poison is effective. It also works on high-attack heroes since it raises the Poison damage cap.
Recommended Refining and Crafting for Ring of the Viper
Attack-Scaling Status Effect Rings Recommended
Since Attack is often boosted to increase Poison's max damage output, pairing it with other Attack-scaling status effect rings — Burn, Bleed, Petrify, or Shock — makes for great synergy and ease of use. Ring of Accuracy (Effect Hit Rate Boost) is also an option.
Random Conversion requires fewer materials
Fixed Conversion lets you obtain a specific ring, but requires more material rings. With Random Conversion, the ring obtained is random but requires fewer materials, so Random Conversion is recommended unless you are targeting a specific ring.

Nightmare uses a 2-round format that requires 2 parties. By including Mog or Doo in one of your parties, you can boost the accessory drop rate.
Point! | Doo can be obtained through Pet Conversion. Mog and Doo's effects do not stack, so only bring one of them. |
