Modern Warfare Open Beta Information

The Open Beta will be live on all platforms from September 20, 2019 to September 23, 2019. With its crossplay capabilities, players will be able to download the beta on their preffered platforms and play against others of different platforms.

Retail Pre-Orders
For players who have pre-ordered the game via retail, you will need to access your Beta Code. This can be found in the e-mail linked to your Call of Duty account. Make sure to check all folders as these can be in the Spam or Junk folder.

Once you have your code, head on over to your platform's storefront, and redeem the code. Once redeemed, your download for the Open Beta will begin!
Digital Pre-Orders
If you digitally pre-ordered the game, head to your preferred platform store and visit the Modern Warfare page. Follow the prompts to start downloading the Beta! Please keep in mind that there are set pre-loading times to download the beta.
Players Who Did Not Pre-Order
Players who did not choose to pre-order the game can still experience the Open Beta. Please note that for Xbox One owners, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is required, while a Battle.net account is required for PC players.
