Obtained through the Anomaly Investigation Quest
When you completed the Anomaly Investigagtion Quest, you will obtain an Amber Essence on which difficulty you took for the quest. If you want to obtain a rare Amber, you must have partake in the quest atleast at Level 51.
Exchange Coins At The Anomaly Research Institute
At the Anomaly Research Institute, you can obtain "Amber Essence" & exchange it for 25 Coins. Note, however, that the "Amber Essence+" and "Prime Amber Essence" aren't eligible for exchange.
