Rising Sun! is a ★2 Low Rank Event Quest for Monster Hunter Rise that was added after the 3.2 Update. In this quest, you will need to deliver 21 Sun Goddess Pictures.
Rewards - Rising Sun!?
Ammy Palamute Layered Armor
There will be an option to create "Ammy Costume" after completing the quest for the first time. You can use the costume to change your Palamute's appearance into Ammy.
Capcom Collab DetailsNo Special Reward
There's no first-time special rewards for this quest. However, you will be able to obtain the Celestial Scroll which will be needed in creating the Ammy Palamute Layered Armor.

Deliver The Sun Goddess Pictures
Unlike the other Event Quest, this one is a Gathering Quest and there are no large monsters in the field so you don't have to worry about escaping in a fight just to finish gathering on time.

You will also don't have a hard time looking for the Sun Goddess Pictures since they are all marked up on the map.
Be Aware Of The Time Limit
Even if this is a gathering quest, the time limit to finish the quest is shorter than the average quest so be aware of the time limit and try to finish them within 20 minutes.
