The armor above is from the previous game in the franchise, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Note that the armor stems not from a regular Barioth, but a Frostwing one. It's unknown if the Frostwing variant will return in Monster Hunter Rise (though given the existence of the Frosty Islands zone, it might be possible).
