According to a multiple user reports players have been experiencing in-game voice chat issue where they cannot hear other player's VC.
Voice Chat Issue To Be Fixed In Update
As per announcement in the Activision Support Page, this is a confirmed bug on the game file itself, and are currently in investigation for a fix.
How To Fix Stat Reset Bug
Utilize Party Chat
As per reports, this chat mute only affects Multiplayer Voice Chats. As a temporary workaround, try using the Party Chat as this may bypass the issue.
