Charge Blade Features & Overview
Weapon With Two Modes of Attack
The Charge Blade is a versatile weapon that gives hunters multiple ways to attack a monster. The first is a fast and quick sword and shield, while the second mode is an axe mode with devastating moves!
Possesses Unique Guard Point Feature
The Guard Point (GP) is a unique feature of the Charge Blade which blocks incoming attacks in Sword and Shield Mode. Please note that to block incoming attacks, the shield must be facing the incoming attack! Timing is key to mastering this feature and weapon!

Essential Skill For Increased DPS
This skill is a must have for all weapons as you will be able to increase your damage output for all types of attacks for the Charge Blade. This will also increase your affinity rate at level 4 so it is recommended you equip it at that level or higher.

Increase Affinity Rate When Stamina Is Full
Since your weapon will not use much stamina, this skill will allow you to increase your affinity when fighting monsters!

Can Increase Affinity By Up To 50%
Attacking a monster's weak spot will increase your affinity rate, which in turn will increase your DPS. At the third level , you will have a 50% increase in your affinity which will make multiple attacks highly effective!

Increase Damage of AED and SAED
This skill will increase the overall damage that you do, but will be most effective when using your AED and SAED. Since these are your most powerful attacks, having artillery will greatly benefit your damage output.

Increases Number Of Available Phials
Since you will have more phials to charge, you can expect to have increased DPS. This will also increase the number of hits you can do to a monster with the bonuses that you gain from charged phials.

Easier To Charge Bins & Unleash Strong Attacks
Will allow you to charge your weapons gauge faster in order to deal strong attacks faster. Charge times will also be reduced, allowing you to dish out charged attacks and fill your phials faster.

Will Allow You To Continue Combos
Earplugs will help you negate the effect of monster roars, allowing you to keep hitting the monster even if they unleash their roar. It also allows you to reposition quickly if the monster is transitioning to a different state.

Easier To Execute Guard Point
