Black Diablos - Tips and Tricks

Use Screamer Pod When Black Diablos Dives Into Ground

Use Screamer Pod When Black Diablos Dives Into Ground

The Black Diablos will burrow in to the ground and attack a random hunter. You can counter this by throwing a Screamer Pod right when it burrows into the ground to stun it and leave it vulnerable to attacks.

Keep Black Diablos From Moving With Flash Pods

The Black Diablos is extremely mobile and rarely stands still for you to complete heavy damage combos. To keep it in place, you can use Flash Pods that will stun it for a few seconds.

Use Invincible Dodge To Avoid Heavy Rush Attack

The Black Diablos will rush forward towards you and deal very heavy damage. Immediately use the invincible dodge/drop move to avoid getting hit. Getting hit will stun you and you are open to a follow-up attack that can easily knock you out.
