Season 5 Twitch Event - Details
Event Runs From August 12 To 19
The Twitch Drop event is time-limited and runs only on August 12, 10am PT to August 19, 10am PT. In this event, you only need to watch streams to get in-game prizes. As per the official announcement, you can watch multiple streams at the same time, as long as they have the "drops are enabled" callout.

The Twitch drop event applies to players of both Modern Warfare and Warzone. Players must ensure that they have an account on both Twitch & COD to enjoy the rewards.
Requires A Twitch & Call Of Duty Account
In order to join, you need to have a Call of Duty and Twitch account. If you don't have one, you can easily make one in just a couple of minutes. Just enter your e-mail address, fill in some forms, and you're good to go.

How To Join The Twitch Event
Joining The Twitch Drop Event
| 1 | Create a Call of Duty and Twitch account |

| 2 | Go to your Call of Duty account and link it to your Twitch account |
| 3 | Head to Twitch.tv |
| 4 | Search for "Call of Duty Modern Warfare" and include "Drops Enabled" to find eligible streamers |
| 5 | Rack up hours to earn in-game events (Hours from multiple streams are counted) |
Look For "Drops Enabled"
Streamers that are part of the COD-Twitch event have "Drops Enabled" spelled out in the title or description of their stream. Look for these streams to participate in the event.

Watch Multiple Streams!
You can watch multiple streamers at the same time to easily accumulate the hours required to get the rewards. Just be sure that they have "Drops Are Enabled" for your viewing hours to be counted.
Get Double Weapon XP
Take advantage of the free Double Weapon XP and level up your favorite guns to unlock all of their attachments. Do remember that the Double Weapon XP will continue to run even if you're not playing a match!
