Break Bone Shell To Expose Flesh Parts

Break Bone Shell To Expose Flesh Parts

The Radobaan is covered by pieces of bone that can be broken off to expose its fleshy parts. Breaking the bone shell will make it more susceptible to heavy damage so focus on parts that are still covered in bones.

Cut Tail Fast To Make Hit Box Smaller

Cut Tail Fast To Make Hit Box Smaller

The Radobaan has a long and wide tail, making its hit box bigger when still attached. Cut the tail off early in the hunt to make the hit box smaller & keep yourself safe when it does its tail swings.

Can Be Staggered When Rolling

The Radobaan can be staggered when it is rolling around. Hit it with heavy weapons to stop it on its path, this allows you a few seconds to hit it while it's recovering.

Use Slinger Pods To Stagger When Rolling

The Radobaan can be staggered by using Slinger Pods when it is rolling. Pick them up in the area before fighting the Radobaan.

Keep It From Recovering Bone Armor

When the Radobaan is headed back to its nest, it's best to use a Flash Pod or Traps to keep it in the area. When it goes back to its den, it'll recover its bone shell armor and you'll have to break them off to expose its fleshy parts again.

Mine Radobaan's Back When Down

You can obtain various materials from the Radobaan's back when it's down. Make sure to do so when you've knocked the monster over and it won't get back up for a few seconds.
