Buddy Tickets are rewards that can be acquired by completing certain sidequests. Once specific conditions are met, these Buddy Tickets will be handed out by Buddy Expert Shirubei at the Buddy Plaza. Check your map for a yellow speech bubble beside the Buddy Plaza to know if Shirubei will give one as a reward.
Confirm Using The Map
Press the "-" button to bring up the map and check the left-side of the Buddy Plaza tab to know if a Buddy Ticket is ready. You can also use the map to fast travel to the Buddy Plaza to get the Buddy Ticket.
