Mission 12: Old Comrades Campaign Walkthrough

| 1 | Pick any pistol from the case and holster it. |
| 2 | Eliminate the guards in the alleyway. |
| 3 | Eavesdrop on Butcher's monologue and kill his guards. Do not Kill the Butcher. |
| 4 | Follow the Butcher and eliminate the guards you encounter along the way. |
| 5 | Proceed to the streets and dispatch the Butcher's men. |
| 6 | Run after the Butcher and go through the apartment. In the last room, you can avoid or throw back the Butcher's grenade. |
| 7 | Go across the bridge and kill the Butcher's reinforcements. |
| 8 | Chase the Butcher through the backstreets and into the bar. |
| 9 | Avoid the Molotov Cocktails and fight your way out of the bar. |
| 10 | Get inside the van and defend it from the Butcher's men. |
| 11 | Collect the bargaining chips from Nikolai. |
| 12 | Choose between "I'm in" or "I'm out". More details below. |
| 13 | Follow Captain Price's orders. |

Mission 12: Old Comrades - Mission Tips
3~9. Do Not Kill The Butcher
The Butcher must be captured alive in this mission. Despite being able to survive a few hits, outright killing him will immediately fail the mission.
4~9. Get A Good CQC Weapon
You can replace your pistol with weapons that fall from enemies. It is recommended to swap to either an SMG or shotgun to give you and edge in the close-range encounters in this mission.
5. Watch Your Fire
Civilians are present during this part of the mission. Try not to hit them as downing a civilian will fail the mission.
6. Watch Out For The Grenade
The Butcher will try to buy time by tossing a grenade into the room. You can evade this by running away or throw the grenade back to save the civilians.
10. RPG-7 Or M91 To Kill The Attackers
You can get either get an RPG-7 or an M91 from the van to fend off the attackers. You can fire at the cars to make them explode, killing multiple enemies.
12. Choosing Between In or Out

Ending Remains The Same
The ending to this mission will not change depending on which choice you choose to go with.
