Best Farm Location: Northern Shrine Ruins
Your best bet for farming Warm Pelts reliably will be to head to the northern part of the Shrine Ruins. Areas 11 and 13 will have Kelbi that you can carve to obtain Warm Pelts!
Alternate: Frost Islands
You can find Anteka in Frost Islands as well in the southern regions of the map. This isn't as efficient a path as the Shrine Ruins, but if you happen to be doing a quest in this zone you can drop by the area 1 and carve some Anteka to get Warm Pelt.

Kelbi Have A Higher Chance To Drop
Kelbi have a significantly higher chance to drop Warm Pelts than Anteka. For this reason, we recommend mostly focusing on your farm on Kelbi in the Shrine Ruins!
